Troubleshooting: Camera Not Displaying an Image
If you encounter an issue where the camera does not display any image, first disconnect the printer from its power source.
Please follow these steps:

Refer to the picture below, unplug the USB data cable of the camera, then re-plug it. After that, restart the printer to see if normal operation is restored.

Additionally, unplug and re-plug the 4-pin cable on the camera to check if that resolves the issue.
After unplugging and reconnecting these cables, power on the printer again.!
