This document provides temporary solutions when the Linux system keeps restarting or the system fails to start.
First, remove the USB power jumper cap on the BTT Pro motherboard, as shown in the
following image(If the jumper has been removed from your BTT, please ignore this step.):
Then, connect a 5V and GND from the BTT Pro motherboard to the expansion board of the Pi, as illustrated in the image below:
This method temporarily uses the 5V from the BTT Pro motherboard to get the system operational.
This method is only used to temporarily verify whether the Linux hub board functions normally. After the system returns to normal according to the above tutorial, please temporarily stop using the printer. Remove the two wires connected in front. Long-term use may damage the MCU motherboard.
Please contact us and we will reissue you a Linux hub board as soon as possible
If the system can start normally after following the above steps, please contact
support@peopoly.net to replace related accessories.
