It is compatible with Orca Slicer, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Slicer and Cura. We recommend OrcaSlicer.
Does the Magneto X have any special features for monitoring prints?
Yes, it includes a 1080P 30FPS camera and is accessible via Klipper's Mainsail. You can access Mainsail via browser or OrcaSlicer if the computer and Magneto X is on the same network.
Are there any optional accessories for the Magneto X?
Optional accessories includes enclosure and side panel fans.
What should I do if my Magneto X is not turning on?
First, ensure that the printer is of the correct voltage. You can check system voltage by looking at the stick about the power switch. [pic] Also make sure the cable properly plugged into a working power outlet. Check the power cable for any damage. If the issue persists, contact our support team for further assistance.
How can I unclog the nozzle of my Magneto X?
To unclog the nozzle, heat it to the recommended temperature for the filament you're using, then gently push a cleaning filament or a thin wire through the nozzle. If clogging is frequent, consider checking for and replacing the nozzle if it's worn out. How to clear a filament jam
What maintenance does the Magneto X require?
Regular maintenance includes checking for loose screws, ensuring the motion system is clean and lubricated, cleaning the build plate, and occasionally checking the electrical connections for signs of wear or damage.
How do I update the firmware on my Magneto X?
Download the latest firmware version by following this link wiki link
My Magneto X is making unusual noises during operation. What should I do?
Unusual noises can be due to loose components or improper configuration on the motion system. Check and tighten any loose parts and apply lubricant to the rails. If the problem continues, contact support for a detailed diagnosis. Please note that Magneto X generates a low humming noise when linear motor is powered on. The motor can be switched off when the printer is on but not printing.
The print bed of my Magneto X is not heating up. What could be the problem?
Check the connection between the build platform and the printer. If the connection is secure, the issue might be with the heating element or its control circuit. Avoid attempting to repair electrical components yourself and reach out to our support team.
How do I replace the filament on the Magneto X?
To replace the filament, heat the extruder to the filament's recommended temperature, then press the release lever on the extruder and pull the old filament out. Insert the new filament until it's fed through the extruder. Please Please refer thi Setup Guide 's charter 8.1
What should I do if the auto-leveling feature is not working properly?
Ensure the build plate is clean and free of debris. Rerun the Quad Gantry Level and Bed Mesh and see if the works. Please contact support if problem persists
How do I solve adhesion problems on the Magneto X's build plate?
First, make sure the build plate is clean and properly leveled. Remove any offset you may have usedr, rerun the quad gantry level and then bed mesh again and test to see if adhesion is better.
